Getting Your Beloved Candles - Shipping, Payments & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We're excited to get your products to you so you can use them and enjoy. Typically, shipments will be sent out 3 days from the day ordered (or sooner) and will arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your shipping location. If you have an expedited, shipping need, please email us with your order number and details and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We appreciate your support.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy your 20 Minute Candles (that's the purpose) and we will try and be as accommodating as possible without putting the company at a financial loss. We want to keep sharing this product with the world and appreciate your support in accomplishing this.
If your product is damaged when it arrives to you, we will send you replacements for any candles that are broken or not able to use. 20 Minute Candles has the discretion to discontinue selling to an individual if there is any perceived abuse of the return & refund policy. Refunds are not offered at this time but exchanges for new product are happy to be sent.
PAYMENT METHOD
As a part of the checkout process, you will be offered options to pay by credit card, PayPal or with cash if you live near or want to pickup from the greater Rochester, Michigan area.
